iambassador provides services in three primary areas; marketing, content creation and education.
iambassador manages a network of professional influencers and these people are engaged to take part in projects that support iambassador’s provision of services. Information is therefore collected to enable this. Information is collected in order to support a number of the services iambassador provides to clients. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Pitching, creating, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns, and other client projects managed by iambassador.
- Organising and managing conferences, meetings, and networking events.
- Research for presentations and talks delivered by iambassador at trade events.
- Research for future iambassador work.
- Correspondence with you.
With whom is the information shared?
iambassador only shares your information with third parties when conducting activities that are a necessary part of its services.
iambassador may also share aggregated demographic information with partners, clients, and/or advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. iambassador will not share, sell or export your data to any third party that is not directly involved in the delivery of our services. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data?
Information collected is given voluntarily and is most often done so as part of the application and registration processes followed for membership to the iambassador network of professional influencers. Should you wish to leave the iambassador network please notify us by email (info@iambassador.net) and depending on what you give your consent for, we can deactivate your account, or cancel it and delete it all associated data completely.
If you no longer wish to be part of the iambassador network but you are happy for data relating to your account to remain in order to be used in reports or other metrics, you can choose to have your account deactivated. If you would rather have your account canceled and all associated data deleted completely, this is also possible providing it doesn’t disrupt the provision of ongoing services which you have agreed to be part of. Only iambassador employees and contractors who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The personal information we hold is stored on secured iambassador servers in Belgium and on the servers of cloud based database management services located in United States and Ireland.
iambassador retains data for the duration of the customer’s or member’s business relationship with iambassador.
